Where we ship

We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, charges, and the final delivery estimate are shown during checkout based on the delivery address and the services available for the item.

Estimated delivery

Delivery timing depends on the delivery address, carrier service, and item availability. The final estimate shown at checkout applies to your order.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, and incomplete or incorrect address information may affect delivery timing.

Order processing and tracking

Order processing begins after payment is accepted. We will send order and shipping updates to the email address provided at checkout. When tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Shipping charges

Any applicable outbound shipping charges are displayed before payment during checkout. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when an order is canceled before shipment.

Address changes

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows a problem or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
