Shipping policy

We currently ship to supported markets shown at checkout. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, and shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and current carrier or service settings.

For the current launch product, a United States test checkout produced Standard shipping with an estimated delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier processing, customs, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Orders are processed after payment is accepted. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer using the email provided at checkout.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
