Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at lianshan5035@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send any item back before your return request is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Approved returns must be sent to our designated return address in China. The full return address and instructions will be provided by email after your return request is approved.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

We do not accept returns for used items, items damaged by misuse, or items returned after the return window has expired, unless required by applicable law.
